UFC Public Film Screening: 'Citizen Jane: Battle for the City'

Please join the Urban Futures Centre (UFC) and the KwaZulu-Natal Society of the Arts (KZNSA) for a free public screening of 'Citizen Jane: Battle for the City'.



Chronicling the life of activist and urban planner Jane Jacobs, 'Citizen Jane' tells the story of one individual's attempts to preserve urban communities in the face of destructive development project. The venue is the KZNSA gallery in Glenwood. The programme will begin promptly at 6pm, with a short introduction from the UFC prior to the screening. Drinks are available from the bar until 7pm.
