  • Live Music, First Thursday

This First Thursday February edition at The KZNSA Gallery, all are invited to enjoy an array of art centred. We begin our evening a 16h30 with a LAB Talk The Art Ecosystem in 2020 as presented by Carol Brown. Stick around for live music in the Arts Cafe, and after hours art viewing.

LAB TALK 16h30

Acclaimed curator and art consultant at Curate.A.Space, Carol Brown presents 'The Art Ecosystem in 2020’, an in-depth look at how the global and local art worlds intersect in terms of production and distribution and identity politics. Illustrated by contemporary examples from the global exhibition space, Carol explores some of the radical changes the terrain has undergone and how movements such as #FeesMustFall, #Metoo and environmental problems have affected what people make and collect.
