ARTIST INFORMATION
Paid up members of the KZNSA are invited to submit a work, without charge, to be included in the annual Members’ Exhibition.
EXHIBITION DATES
12 March – 7 April 2019
Opening and prize giving – Tuesday 12 March 17h30
SUBMISSION DATES
Please deliver work to the KZNSA gallery, 166 Bulwer Road, Glenwood, Durban on these dates:
Thursday 7 March 09h00 – 17h00
Friday 8 March 09h00 – 17h00
Saturday 9 March 09h00 – 13h00
No late submissions can be accepted.
MEDIUMS
All mediums are welcome: Painting, drawing, mixed media, photography, collage, sculpture, ceramics, performance, sound, film, multi-disciplinary, etc.
Members may submit one piece each.
Main, Mezzanine, Park and Media Galleries
PRIZES
All submissions are eligible for the Joan Emanuel Family Trophy and a share of the R20 000 prize money. Independent judges will award 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
1st prize: R10 000
2nd prize: R5 000
3rd prize: R2 500
In addition, the KZNSA exhibition sub-committee award a commendation for an outstanding piece. KZNSA prize: R2 500
