Dr. Marc Kalina
President
Dr. Marc Kalina is the current President of the KZNSA, having served as Vice-President in 2018-2019, and President since 2019. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University (USA) and a M.A. in Development Studies from Chulalongkorn University (Thailand). He completed his PhD in Development Studies at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) in 2017. He is a Senior Researcher at ETH Zürich, and splits his time between Durban and Switzerland.
