With 8 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, Shannon’s journey began at the iconic 9th Avenue Bistro. During her tenure she perfected her skills in hospitality operations, cuisine, and gained wine expertise.

Shannon’s impressive resume includes managing roles at top establishments like: 9^th Avenue, Bard and Minstrel Umhlanga, and at two The Hussar Grill branches – in Century City, Cape Town and Oceans Mall, Umhlanga respectively. While at these establishments she excelled in kitchen management, customer service and further showcased her talent in event curation.
